PDG strives to deliver our buildings with common spaces clean, punch list complete, and all of the building systems in “like new” working order. The residential units are final cleaned, all systems are checked and appliances run through a cycle in preparation for moving day. We believe that the success of each development is closely related to accountability and management of our basic processes. Over the last seven years we’ve developed sixteen (16) ground-up seniors housing communities with a total of 1309 units. We’ve had plenty of opportunity to learn what works and we continue to strive to get better with each project delivery. As a full-service developer, our ultimate goal is to provide a pleasant and orderly “White Glove” building turn-over to the Operator each time. This allows them to do what they do best which is fill the buildings and make sure our residents happy and well cared for.OUR MISSION
